Throughout Q3 2021, the top carpooling and ridesharing apps on the Android platform in Tunisia showed varying trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance.

inDrive. Save on city rides saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 7K in late June and peaking at nearly 9.7K by the end of September. The app also experienced a significant rise in weekly active users, growing from approximately 10K to over 31K during the same period.

Bolt: Request a Ride maintained a relatively steady number of weekly downloads, fluctuating between 2K and 6.5K. Weekly active users for Bolt also showed stability, ranging from 35K to 46K throughout the quarter.

Yassir - Ride, Eat & Shop had lower weekly download numbers compared to other apps, with figures dropping from 1.3K in late June to around 158 by the end of September. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from approximately 4.7K to just under 3K.

Uber - Request a ride showed modest weekly download numbers, starting at 106 and ending at 95, with a notable spike to 216 in mid-September. The app's weekly active users remained relatively consistent, ranging from 4.4K to 4.9K.

Split - Covoiturage experienced a significant increase in weekly downloads, starting from just 52 in late June and reaching 454 by the end of September. However, data on active users was not available.
